These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and MegaWin777 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your registration, access and use of the MegaWin777 online gaming platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotional programmes and ancillary services made available through this platform.

• You must be acting in your own name, on your own behalf, with funds that are legally yours and that originate from a lawful source.
• You must not be accessing the Platform through any automated system, bot, script, scraping tool or other non-human mechanism.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain one (1) MegaWin777 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. MegaWin777 uses technical and manual procedures to identify duplicate accounts and reserves the right to close any duplicate accounts and confiscate balances associated with them.

4.1 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information, including the use of a name that does not match your identity documents, constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any account balance.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your MegaWin777 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. MegaWin777 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security precautions. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify MegaWin777 support immediately.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

MegaWin777 operates a KYC programme consistent with internationally recognised standards. You may be required to submit supporting documents at any point, including upon account registration, at the time of first withdrawal request or if account activity triggers internal review procedures. Accepted documents typically include a government-issued identification document (MyKad, passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, not older than three months) and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.

5.1 Deposits

All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as published on the Platform at the time of transaction. Standard minimum deposit is RM30 for most e-wallet methods. MegaWin777 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time. Deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and any such funds may be confiscated pending investigation.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each respective promotion. The following general provisions apply to all MegaWin777 bonus offers:

• Wagering requirements apply: Bonuses carry a wagering multiplier as stated in the applicable promotion terms. This multiplier must be met before funds derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet per round or hand applies (typically in the range of MYR 25 to MYR 500 per bet, as specified per promotion). Exceeding this limit may void the associated bonus.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute at 100%, while table games may contribute at 10%–20%. • Single bonus per promotion: Each Member is entitled to claim a specific promotion once, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Attempts to claim bonuses multiple times through separate accounts constitute fraud.
• Maximum cash-out from bonuses: Where a maximum withdrawal limit applies to bonus-derived winnings, this will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Exceeding this cap does not entitle the Member to withdraw beyond the stated limit.
• MegaWin777 reserves the right: To withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, to void bonus-related winnings where the Platform determines that the promotion was claimed fraudulently or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

MegaWin777 provides access to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets (including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, esports and live football) and associated entertainment services. All game outcomes on the Platform are determined by certified random number generation systems or, in the case of live dealer and sports betting, by objective real-world events.

7.1 Fair Play

Members must not engage in, assist or attempt to engage in any form of cheating, collusion, chip-dumping, matched betting strategies designed to exploit MegaWin777 promotions, use of third-party software providing an unfair advantage, or any other activity that distorts the intended outcome of any game or betting market on the Platform.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, server outage, game crash or connectivity failure that results in a disputed game outcome, MegaWin777 reserves the right to declare the affected game round or bet void and return the relevant stake to the Member's account. MegaWin777's decision regarding technical malfunction outcomes is final.

7.3 Sports Betting

All sports bets are accepted subject to the odds and terms displayed at the time of placement. MegaWin777 reserves the right to void or refuse any bet that is placed in error, at incorrect odds due to a system error, or where the outcome of the event is already known at the time of placement.

Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, licence or interest in any MegaWin777 intellectual property other than the limited, revocable, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own individual recreational use in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, extract data from or otherwise exploit any part of the MegaWin777 Platform without the express written consent of MegaWin777. The use of automated scraping tools, bots, crawlers or similar technologies to collect data from the Platform is expressly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MegaWin777 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of account funds resulting from unauthorised account access due to your own failure to maintain account security;
• Gambling losses arising from normal or expected platform usage;
• Service interruptions, technical outages or downtime affecting access to the Platform;
• Changes to odds, game rules or promotional terms published in advance of the relevant event;
• Loss resulting from your failure to read and comply with these Terms & Conditions or applicable promotion terms.

MegaWin777's total aggregate liability to any Member for any cause of action arising from or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to MegaWin777 in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted.

MegaWin777 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice where circumstances require, to suspend or permanently close any Member account in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading registration information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse or any other dishonest conduct;
• Discovery that a Member is under the minimum age requirement of 21 years;
• Account activity that is inconsistent with legitimate individual recreational use;
• Regulatory, legal or compliance requirements applicable to MegaWin777's operating jurisdiction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, MegaWin777 will endeavour to conclude the investigation within a reasonable timeframe. Upon conclusion, any legitimate balance attributable to the Member's own deposits (excluding bonuses, bonus-derived winnings and amounts subject to forfeiture) may be returned subject to the outcome of the investigation.

Members may voluntarily close their MegaWin777 account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closing, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will lapse and associated bonus funds will be forfeited. Verified balances from the Member's own deposits will be processed for withdrawal to an eligible payment method.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MegaWin777 holds its gaming licence. This Agreement does not purport to create any rights or obligations under Malaysian law or to suggest that MegaWin777 is regulated by any Malaysian government body, court or authority.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through direct communication with MegaWin777 support shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures applicable to MegaWin777's operating jurisdiction. You waive the right to participate in any class action proceeding against MegaWin777.

MegaWin777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where MegaWin777 determines that an amendment is material — including changes that affect Member entitlements, withdrawal conditions or account eligibility — reasonable notice will be provided via the Platform or by direct communication to the Member's registered contact details.

Continued use of the MegaWin777 Platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. The date at the top of this document reflects the effective date of the current version.
